Brief Biography
Goals
My goals for OSS students are to provide an exercise program that will teach students how to be physically fit at an early age, which will lead into a healthy lifestyle into adulthood. I teach muscle strengthening exercises that increase stamina and exercises that build up the cardiovascular system, and that helps with coordination. Our classes review healthy living tapes that teach the students proper eating habits, making healthy choices and how to care for their bodies, such as proper hygiene.
